Engr. Adeniregun Oluwaseyim serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO), providing strategic and technical leadership across all operational activities, project execution, and service delivery within the organization. He ensures that every operation is efficient, safe, compliant, and aligned with international best practices. With extensive experience as a Process Engineer, Risk Management Specialist, and Safety Operations Expert, he brings deep industry knowledge from the chemical, oil & gas, and energy sectors. His background in engineering and disaster risk management enables him to integrate technical precision with strong operational control. He is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, including process design, optimization, and implementation. He leads initiatives in process safety management, risk assessment, hazard identification, and operational risk mitigation, ensuring all systems function under strict safety and quality standards. His expertise extends to engineering design (FEED), emergency response planning, disaster risk management, and industrial water treatment system design, including Reverse Osmosis systems. He has contributed to multiple industrial projects involving asset integrity management, safety system implementation, and engineering coordination. As COO, he is known for enforcing a zero-tolerance approach to operational risks and safety violations, ensuring full compliance with global safety standards and continuous improvement in operational performance. His academic background includes an MSc in Disaster & Risk Management, a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering, a Diploma in Computer Engineering, and an NCE in Physics/Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University and Federal College of Education, Zaria. He is a registered COREN Engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), among other professional affiliations.
